The Blue Chip Casino selected Gibson-Lewis as its Interior Contractor for its new casino. This was a major, 150,000sf project that had to be completed on a fast track schedule in Michigan City. Our company exceeded all of their expectations in bringing this project in ahead of schedule and under budget.

To maximize budget savings, we were able to self-perform many aspects of this project including the carpentry, drywall/metal studs, acoustical, GRFG, fire stopping, insulation systems, EIFS and other miscellaneous specialties.

Project Value: $4.5 Million
Completion Date: 1998
