Gibson-Lewis provided general contracting and subcontracting services for over 250,000sf of space including the paint shop, administration buildings, industrial waste treatment plant, security and other out buildings and the quality assurance lab. In addition our involvement also included all building roofs totaling 571,000sf.

This project encompassed a great number of self-performed work as well: foundation concrete, slab-on-grade, slab-on-deck, site concrete, concrete inertia mass, cold-formed steel framing, rough carpentry, general carpentry, roof carpentry, millwork, laboratory casework, doors, frames, hardware, blast resistant assemblies, interior wall systems, acoustical ceilings, shaftwall systems, painting, epoxy coatings, special coatings, and spray fireproofing.
