Location: South Bend, Indiana
Working under a tight site and schedule constraints, Gibson-Lewis completed this 70,000sf new addition and renovation project for grocery chain Kroger’s. This store was open 24 hours a day and the project was required to be built out in numerous phases. Operating during winter conditions and on a very aggressive Fast-Track delivery process, Gibson-Lewis completed this new prototype food store on time and within budget.
Gibson-Lewis self-performed the following: demolition, concrete, heavy structural shoring and support, rough and finish carpentry, drywall and metal studs, EIFS, acoustical, paint and other miscellaneous trades.
