Location: South Bend, Indiana

Gibson-Lewis concurrently built four, 4000sf, Teacher’s Credit Unions in South Bend, Elkhart, Indianapolis and Avon, Indiana. Featuring 35’ high vaulted ceilings, arched windows, a closed ground-loop heating system, a granite-limestone façade and a synthetic slate roof system. Every building component of these credit unions has been designed for an extended lifetime.

Gibson-Lewis served as the General Contractor for these projects and self-performed the following services: concrete, metal framework, architectural woodwork, fiberglass columns, metal doors and frames, drywall, acoustical ceilings, vinyl wall coverings, paint and division 10 accessories.
