Gibson‐Lewis built the entire shell for the new 112,000 sf shopping addition, as well as applied EIFS and decorative cornices to add to the look of the building. The biggest challenge was applying the EIFS during the middle of the winter, and Gibson‐Lewis built a large tent around the building and was able to complete the EIFS work on time. This new space helped attract new businesses to the area, benefitting our local economy.

Gibson‐Lewis self performed metal studs and drywall, rough carpentry and EIFS.
