Project Name: South Bend Schools Administration Building
Location: South Bend, Indiana

Gibson-Lewis is proud to have been entrusted with the demolition and total renovation of the South Bend Education building. This 6-story, 65,000sf facility was completed on a fast-track schedule in less than one year. The exterior architecture, exterior granite, curtain wall envelope and internal renovations were completed simultaneously during winter conditions.

We self performed the demolition of the existing building in addition to the following trades: architectural pre-cast concrete, granite, carpentry/millwork, doors and hardware, drywall & metal studs, curtain wall, painting, acoustical and EIFS.
