The project involved the renovation and restoration of this 30,000sf Historic Theatre for stage productions. The restoration was due to severe deterioration caused by time and water. Many details of the ornamental plaster moldings, floral designs and fluted columns had to be recreated entirely to restore the theater to its original splendor.

Gibson-Lewis worked as the General Contractor on this restoration project as well as self-performing the following trades: demolition, carpentry, drywall & metal studs, plastering, and acoustical.
