Notre Dame Center for Arts and Culture
This facility houses the University Community Relations Department as well as its Crossroads Art Gallery and the Segura Fine Art Print Studio. The renovated space provided a perfect location to expand the current gallery and provide programs bringing together the University, the arts and the community.

Site and Grounds: Site improvements included the development of a new parking lot, accessible sidewalks and ramps, construction of a storm water retention system, general earthwork and grading, installation of new site utilities and general landscaping.
Building Remodeling & Modifications: New roof, masonry repair and pointing, window and door replacement. Interior upgrades such as selective demolition of existing interior walls and finishes, new interior walls, trim systems and repair of existing terrazzo floors, new casework, counter tops, ceiling repair and repaint , new suspended ceilings. The HVAC, plumbing and Electrical systems completely replaced.
