Notre Dame wanted to take classroom space and transform it into mixed use with offices and a lounge area. We provided demolition of block walls, gutted ceilings, and removed all existing finishes, to install new glazing, ceilings, partition walls, built in casework , doors, flooring, and wall finishes throughout the suite. This roughly 5,000sf renovation was completed in approximately 4 months.
